School Bus

Last week we were at the park playing and a school bus came to pick up kids.  Ava LOVES school buses so the nice driver let us climb aboard.  After sitting there a while Ava looked at the driver and said, "shut the door, let's go!".  The driver and I just died laughing!

I thought we'd try to make a bunny cake I saw on Pinterest and Ava was my icing tester.  

Bunny pictures

This is our third year having bunny pictures taken of Ava. She was very excited to see them at first but then we had to wait a while and so we don't have any shots of her actually smiling. She has talked about the bunnies a lot after our session and today when we went to pick up the disk she asked if she was going to take a pictures with some more bunnies.

Polar bear from Daddy

While Ryan was gone skiing Ava kept saying Daddy was on the mountain looking for a polar bear.  So thankfully he brought her home one he found :).  Mr. Bear rode with us to school and Ava buckled him in and put her sunglasses on him to wait until she got out of school. 

I spent last weekend in Vail, Colorado with friends, and learned how to snowboard. Look forward to hitting the slopes with my kids in the future - I have so much to learn ... I don't want to embarrass them. Good Times - RJ
