Visit from Grandessa

Last week Aunt Lois and Eugene were at the JW Marriott for a conference and we all got to tag along and swim in the pool(s). We all had the best time! Ryan was even able to join us that afternoon!

9 months!

We've been fighting ear infections and teeth lately so it was a little tough to take a 9 month picture.  She did give me somewhat of a smile at the end though.  We had her 9 month checkup and she is doing great!  She weighs 21 pounds and is 27 inches long.  She is starting to try and pull up on me and likes to wiggle everywhere.  Still not crawling but loves to stand up if you support her a little.  Actually she prefers standing to sitting.  She is moving around in her walker alot and has started moving forward as opposed to always backward.  Can't believe it's been 9 months baby girl! 

 

4th of July!!!

Our neighborhood has a 4th of July parade every year.  I thought it had been going on for 20 years but found out it has been held for the past 44 years!  Everyone decorates their strollers, bikes and or dogs :)
It was Ava's first parade!  I have grown up loving parades, being in them and watching them every year at DD's house growing up.
